In order to achieve the required static properties, GEALAN has arranged the thresholds of your house door in the S 8000 IQ system in such a way as to accommodate the largest possible reinforcement. This special arrangement with a construction depth of 74mm makes it possible to use a steel with a 30% greater flexural strength. The reinforcements are pre-milled to allow for faster assembly. The supports for thresholds already proven in other GEALAN systems also guarantee a continuous connection of the door frame with the threshold in the S 8000 IQ profile.

Angle welded connections are used to significantly improve torsional strength and at the corners of the door leaf. The numerous accessories allow the construction of all common door models. All the usual hardware and closing pieces can be installed on the profile of the house door, as well as panels of up to 46 mm. The house doors of the S 8000 IQ system can be manufactured to allow an opening inwards or outwards. The house door profile is available as standard in many acrylcolor colors and decorative foils (wood).

The threshold of the balcony and house doors S 8000, of only 20 mm of construction depth, is suitable for houses adapted for people with disabilities. The aluminum sill cover guarantees great protection, and several sealing layers and a sealing block integrated in the corner, greater tightness.
